happy and karan
The bar is named after Happy. That is his actual name, given to him by his parents in India, and he has had to explain it a few times since. Karan is his brother.
The two of them run the place between themselves. No thousand-cocktail list, no boards of tourist deals. Just a corner on Calàbria, a few tables outside, and someone behind the bar who remembers what you drank last time.
